Tracy joined the firm in September 1991 as a legal secretary in the workers' compensation department. Over the years, Tracy has developed many of the procedures that are in place now and are such a benefit to our clients.

Tracy is very detail oriented and has years of experience working in the workers' compensation system. She was and continues to be an important part of the initial and ongoing success the firm has enjoyed with our workers' compensation monitor program. Tracy is patient and understanding when our clients need it most.

In December 1998, she was promoted to manager of the workers' compensation department. Tracy now oversees four legal secretaries and one general secretary. She is responsible for the efficient and successful handling of all the workers' compensation cases in the firm. "My job is to make sure my department works as a team so that the best interests of our clients are met. I am always trying to come up with ways to fine-tune what we do to make things run smoother and get a quick resolution for our clients."
