Exams of Injured Workers

If you are injured in an accident while at work, there's a very good chance that your medical bills and some form of lost wages will be paid under Workers' Compensation benefits. In Michigan, in general, all employers are required to carry Workers' Compensation insurance for their employees. It's also good to know that in Michigan, the employer has the right, at least initially, to choose the doctor that you see.
